Solution Sales Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated Solution Sales Expert to lead sales efforts with large enterprises for the SAP Business Transformation Management offering (including Signavio, LeanIX, and in close collaboration with WalkMe). This role is focused on selling cutting-edge solutions in business process transformation management and process mining, enabling organizations to transform their processes quickly and at a large scale. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets and orders by identifying, developing, and nurturing new business relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales of SAP BTM software solutions to new clients, as well as propose complementary services.
  • Develop and execute an effective commercial, sales, and marketing plan for the assigned territory.
  • Identify commercial opportunities through prospecting, cold calls, networking, and partner relationships.
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with the needs of prospects and SAP’s value proposition.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: qualification, needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Maintain a high volume of weekly appointments (in-person or virtual) with prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure successful demonstrations and client engagements.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, the competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Optimize time and territory management to maximize commercial results.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through proactive relationship management.

Profile Sought:

  • University degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS/cloud solutions.
  • Proven success in selling business process management, process mining, or enterprise applications solutions.
  • Experience in enterprise transformation management and in dealing with C-level executives.
  • Mastery of complex sales cycles.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong knowledge of the French enterprise software market.

Skills Appreciated:

  • Excellent ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in direct and reseller sales channels.
  • Ability to make accurate revenue forecasts and manage a pipeline effectively.
  • Strong skills in negotiating complex contracts and managing stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly express the value proposition.
