The Export Manager will be responsible for meeting the sales budget and generating new business for the company, according to the existing business plan already approved.
Design and implement short- and medium-term business strategies and plans for the assigned markets, based on business needs, in order to ensure compliance with the sales goals defined by the company.
Prepare and control sales budgets, where the main variables are volumes, sales prices, product mix and margins, with the aim of detecting variations.
Lead annual negotiations with clients, establishing commercial conditions, delivery times, product characteristics, among others.
Direct and supervise the actions of the Sales Agents operating in the different assigned markets, in order to support them in their commercial management and to seek new business opportunities for the company.
Establish direct contact with customers through regular visits, creating long-term relationships that allow the company to meet its sales and margin objectives.
Lead, within the company, the various tasks and functions involved in the successful completion of sales and after-sales, working closely with the areas of logistics, finance, production, management and customer service.
Monitor each of the businesses developed with clients and ensure that the projections for the year are met according to budget.
Continuously analyze the market and its different players, with the aim of detecting business opportunities.
Provide the company with ideas and visions that allow it to meet customer needs, which involve new niches or greater added value and contribute to the development and improvement of products, processes and management.
Continually seek and prospect new potential clients and businesses, which will allow the company to increase its market share.
Development and implementation of a plan to link the European team to CMPC corporate guidelines in reporting.
Support for the transformation of the Cmpc Europe Boxboard into an International Offices Management Plan (IOM).
Formation: Professional, preferably Civil Engineer, Industrial Civil Engineer or Commercial Engineer from a renowned university.
Specific knowledge: Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
Job Experience: At least five years of experience in commercial/export areas, ideally in companies that develop B2B businesses.
