Sr. Sales Operations Coordinator

The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills, and location. This position is bonus eligible. The Sr. Sales Operations Coordinator will support D2C lead management, partner communication, agent licensing, sales platform administration, and additional project initiatives. This role requires maintaining CRM systems, managing communication with sales partners, onboarding agents, and providing technical support, all while driving process improvements and ensuring operational efficiency.

As a Sr. Sales Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support for Washington National and Colonial Penn sales platforms, product expansion, and the adoption of new technologies.
  • Manage daily communication with sales partners to ensure seamless operations by addressing any issues or inquiries.
  • Manage agent onboarding, maintain licensing updates, and communicate daily with partners.
  • Analyze sales data to verify data integrity, identify potential issues or anomalies, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate on creative solutions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales processes, tools, and best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness for internal and external sales teams.
  • Monitor partners and internal agent renewal process monthly to ensure no pay delays due to agent license non-renewal.
  • Conduct UAT business testing for sales platform rollouts and updates with our IT agile partners.
  • Assist in D2C pilot and other projects designed to drive and test sales growth and efficiency.
  • Provide backup for monitoring lead distribution flows and provide hourly lead reports.
  • Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to design and build workflows that support sales pilots and other critical initiatives. This includes automating tasks, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring efficient execution of sales strategies.

The Sr. Sales Operations Coordinator position is well-suited for you:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, capable of developing and delivering a message appropriately for a given audience.
  • Experience utilizing C3, Vantage, and BPA to research and analyze customer issues or complaints.
  • Strong capability to succinctly summarize complex problems and deliver clear solutions.
  • Excellent organization and methods of tracking tasks.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Organize and manage time efficiently.
  • Pay attention to detail and prioritize tasks.
  • Work independently and collaborate effectively.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 tools, including Lists, PowerAutomate, Power BI, and Excel.

What you'll need:

  • High-School Diploma, GED in general studies.
  • 1-3 years of related sales support experience.

What will set you apart:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 8 years of work experience in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
  • A life sales license. Microsoft certifications
  • At least 5 years of related sales support experience.

All associates may be asked to travel varying corporate offices periodically. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
