Your role
As a BD & Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing commercially energy projects and business activities, from early phases of prospection and origination up to tendering and contract negotiation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs, technical requirements and project objectives.
This position combines technical understanding, coordination, and interaction with multiple teams, often in an international context.
Your key responsibilities
Your team: Solid & Waste
You report directly to the Head of Business Development & Sales and collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Legal, and Finance departments.
Your profile
Education & Experience: Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. 10+ years' experience in the thermal or industrial equipment industry. At least 5 years in technical capital equipment sales. Experience in international sales
Skills: Experience in Energy sector is an asset. Skilled in contract drafting and negotiation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Willingness to travel frequently, including internationally. English speak; additional language skills are a plus.
