As a Sales Manager, you will represent our financial services institution, convince companies and partners of our products and solutions, and acquire new customers in a defined acquisition area as part of the sales team. You will conduct needs analysis and design appropriate solutions for companies, negotiate with CEOs and CFOs, expand existing customer relationships by selling additional products from our four business lines, and collaborate with our sales partners such as banks and other partners. You will also contribute to continuous improvement and result processes. You will have comprehensive business knowledge, ideally experience working with corporate clients, and sector-specific market knowledge. You will also have a high level of customer orientation and the ability to systematically solve problems that arise. You will have decision-making skills, negotiation skills, and analytical abilities. Travel readiness and fluent German skills will complete your profile.
