Partner Advisory Global Lead
The Partner Advisory Global lead has a critical role within the program, responsible for leading and managing the delivery of partner advisory teams across multiple countries to our client partners. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our partners receive exceptional, timely, and effective advice and support, ultimately contributing to their success and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Global Partner Advisory team operations, targets, KPIs and client deliverable
- Lead and Own Client and Sr. Leadership Business Reviews
- Oversee and manage the entire advisory services delivery process, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Build and Maintain Partner Relationships:
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our partners, fostering trust and open communication.
- Understand our partners' unique business needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor advisory services accordingly.
- Identify and Recommend Solutions:
- Conduct thorough analyses of our partners' business operations, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Develop and present customized solutions aligned with our partners' strategic goals, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
- Develop and Deliver Advisory Reports and Business Reviews:
- Prepare comprehensive advisory reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Drive & lead business reviews presentations and meetings with business and client stakeholders
- Deliver engaging presentations to communicate complex concepts effectively to our partners.
- Manage Advisory Projects:
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation, timely execution, and successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed of project status.
- Lead and Manage Advisory Professionals:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of advisory professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Qualifications and Experience
路 Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or related operations
路 Min 14+ years of relevant experience working with & managing Global B2B Sales Operations or Partner sales Management / SaaS Technical sales
路 Advanced English language proficiency - C1 or above certified
路 Solid understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concept
路 Cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud certification is a big advantage
路 Excellent Sales Pipeline management and negotiation skills
路 Account management and profiling experience is a must
路 Ability to work against revenue and pipeline related targets as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines
路 Customer/partner first approach
