  • Develop frameworks for performance measurement and ensure alignment between strategic intent and operational KPIs.
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on insights and market dynamics.
  • Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles for LATAM sales.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reviews of program performance, strategic shifts, and market trends.
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product leadership to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.

What you need to have to be considered:

  • Expertise in forecasting, goal setting, and synthesizing complex data for executive audiences.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization with cross-continental stakeholder management.
  • Native-level Spanish and advanced (C1/C2) English proficiency.

These will help you stand out:

  • Strong strategic vision and ability to articulate multi-year sales strategies.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills for senior leadership presentations.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and BI tools.

  • A comprehensive total rewards package, including a competitive salary and pension plan with matching contributions.
