Digital Marketing Sales Trainer
As a Digital Marketing Sales Trainer, you will make an impact by leading the development and delivery of high-quality training programs focused on digital marketing solutions. You will be a valued member of the Sales Enablement team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, internal teams, and the Training Department to ensure consistent performance and knowledge alignment across all levels.
In this role, you will:
- Lead New Hire Onboarding: Manage comprehensive onboarding for new hires, including direct support for approximately one month to ensure readiness for live operations.
- Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and facilitate quarterly training sessions, mock calls, calibrations, and final assessments to ensure product and sales proficiency.
- Drive Continuous Learning: Conduct refresher trainings, upskilling initiatives, and SOP updates in collaboration with quality teams to improve service quality and CSAT.
- Create Strategic Content: Design and maintain training materials such as one-pagers, simulations, SOPs, and workshops aligned with product updates and business goals.
- Report and Present Performance Metrics: Share training outcomes and action plans during Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR).

What you need to have to be considered:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dedicated training role, preferably in digital marketing or sales.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Google's suite of tools (Spreadsheets, Presentations, Gemini).
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience in customer support or sales environments.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams, providing constructive feedback and fostering a positive learning environment.
These will help you stand out:
- Experience in consultative sales, business development, or digital media (minimum 2 years).
- Multilingual capabilities: Spanish and Portuguese are desirable.
- Agility and proactivity in adapting training content to evolving product and process changes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including quality and client stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to track training effectiveness and CSAT impact.
