- Responsible for designing and rolling out new compensation plans to optimize the investment of compensation and drive profitable revenue growth
- Develops compensation programs and plans to align with strategic initiatives of revenue leaders
- Provides training for sales team members on understanding and maximizing earnings through the compensation structure
- Collaborates with various stakeholders including finance, HR, and sales leadership to align compensation plans with overall business strategies
- Analyzes market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal data to determine effective compensation structures and make data-driven recommendations for plan improvements
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in sales compensation design and execution within the tech industry, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with usage-based revenue models and compensation design related to those models is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM and commission tools to administer compensation plans effectively
- Skilled at building strong relationships with experienced revenue leaders and professionals
- Effective influencer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
