- Lead, manage, and grow the Enterprise Account Executive team, supporting them in day-to-day operations and driving sales activity - Expand Cohere's market share by acquiring new customers and increasing account penetration of existing customers - Craft and execute a strategic vision to foster business growth, evaluate team and individual performance, and achieve revenue targets - Partner closely with cross-functional teams and channel partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction - Continuously identify areas for improvement in processes, efficiency, and productivity, making strategic recommendations for enhancement

- Experienced sales professional with a track record of leading and coaching high-performing sales teams in the software/SaaS industry - Skilled in managing complex deal cycles and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting to and working with C-level executives - Proven ability to identify areas for improvement, drive process efficiency, and make strategic recommendations for enhancement - Thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is committed to achieving exceptional business results
