- Responsible for generating qualified leads, prospecting, and scheduling discovery calls with influential decision-makers in healthcare organizations
- Engage potential customers using various prospecting methods such as cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to build a qualified pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts, sharing insights and feedback from prospect interactions
- Act as a customer advocate to influence product roadmap decisions based on customer and prospect feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively position the company's solution

- Experience in inside sales, particularly in SaaS, with a track record of meeting and exceeding metrics expectations
- Proficiency in using sales tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage and influence potential clients
- Organized with attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation of leads and activities
- Located in New York City and able to work on-site Monday to Friday
