The Direct to Consumer (DTC) Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement through both inbound and outbound calls. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service, driving new patient enrollment, and executing sales campaigns to promote products and services. This role involves educating potential and existing customers on product offerings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting individual sales targets. A high degree of professionalism, product knowledge, and empathy is required to effectively communicate with end users and clinicians regarding health care products and services. Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm CST 4 days per week on site in Minneapolis

Competitive Compensation: The total (hourly plus performance based incentive) compensation range for this position is $56,949 - $85,423. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
