We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented person for the position of Medical Representative in the Stoma Care Team in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. If you enjoy working in the field, building relationships with medical staff and want to have a real impact on the results – this could be the role for you.

As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Coloplast products and achieving sales plans. Your task will also be to actively develop the region by identifying new opportunities and co-creating local educational initiatives.

Scope of duties:

  • Achieving sales plans in the assigned area
  • Promoting dedicated Coloplast products in the medical environment (doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals)
  • Building and maintaining business relationships with key clients (e.g., hospitals, medical stores, local opinion leaders)
  • Monitoring hospital tenders and ensuring the participation of Coloplast products in tender procedures
  • Preparing and conducting product and clinical training for medical staff
  • Coordinating local educational events
  • Representing the company at industry conferences
  • Analyzing the market and searching for new recipients of Coloplast products
  • Planning and documenting daily visits, taking into account sales potential, location, and stage of the client relationship; managing information in the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Higher education, preferably in medical, biological, marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in the medical or pharmaceutical sector
  • Documented successes in achieving sales goals and building relationships with medical staff
  • Ability to work independently in the field and effectively plan and organize activities
  • Knowledge of the realities of the Polish healthcare system (especially working with nursing staff, hospital departments, and clinics)
  • Willingness to work mobile within the assigned region and occasional business trips
  • Proficiency in using computers and office applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Driver's license category B

  • Result-oriented and proactive sales approach
  • Flexibility and readiness to work in a dynamic environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships both within the organization and with external partners
  • Identification with the mission, vision, and values of Coloplast
