The BBG Equipment Finance Account Sales Representative (ASR) is responsible for driving new business opportunities for products, services, leases, and financing solutions. This role involves researching and qualifying new sources of business, collaborating with internal and external customers to facilitate transactions from credit approval through funding, and ensuring timely documentation and closure. The ASR promotes bank products and services within assigned territories or industries, explains programs to end users and internal teams, and follows up on outstanding documentation and approvals to secure completion and fund the transaction. Strong relationship management, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate credit and documentation processes are essential for success. This role supports customers in the Pacific Time Zone and requires availability during core business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • One to two years of experience in financial services activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively to customers and prospective customers
  • Ability to define opportunities, gather data and respond quickly to requests
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Pay Range: $23.65 - $31.54
