Investment Sales Analyst

As a CBRE Investment Sales Analyst, you will execute research projects to support the U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets team; verify sale & lease comparables and conduct related research to forecast real estate market trends and assess the impact of economic, social, and political changes. Responsible for collecting, verifying and analyzing information to prepare various reports. Knowledgeable on fundamental concepts, practices and procedures associated with commercial real estate including comparable research, market analysis and limited investment analysis.

Generate, review and prepare a variety of analyses, presentations and proposals for new business development and team presentations, including preparation of graphics & illustrations. Provide recommendations for team review. Provide team with collection support for global, regional and local research; may include drafting questionnaires, polls, surveys, and other data collection resources. Compile data related to relatable industry products such as pricing, sales, and marketing or distribution methodology. Evaluate, forecast and track industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data. Track and research market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry; identify trends and recognize economic and real estate opportunities. Make recommendations related to findings. Draft reports and presentations, summarize and review data. Oversee small projects or assigned project tasks. Set priorities and develop a through-line to completion. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience in Research or Real Estate. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to stakeholders. Ability to effectively present information. Limited knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages and discounts. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Publisher, etc. Working knowledge of Adobe products including Creative Cloud. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Investment Sales Analyst position is $55,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Investment Sales Analyst position is $65,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
