Recruiter Position
We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Denver. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in connecting talented professionals with exciting opportunities across a variety of industries. As a Recruiter with Robert Half, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and placing top-tier candidates in professional roles. You will proactively engage with clients, match skilled candidates to meet their hiring needs, and build long-term relationships with both clients and job seekers. This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a consultative mindset, and a willingness to go above and beyond to support our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified talent to ensure a consistent flow of candidates for open roles.
- Provide interview coaching, resume reviews, and career advice to job seekers while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Client Collaboration
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, job descriptions, and organizational culture.
- Identify and recommend candidates for open roles based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability.
- Provide insight into market trends, including salary expectations and skill availability, to clients during hiring discussions.
Relationship Management
- Foster strong relationships with both clients and job seekers, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates during the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive experience and optimize engagement.
- Build long-term partnerships with clients to ensure repeat business and establish Robert Half as their primary talent solutions provider.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Sales, or a related field (strongly preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, agency staffing, or human resources. Comparable sales or account management experience with recruitment exposure may be considered.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to roles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems.
- A consultative and customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others achieve career goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience using Robert Half tools or familiarity with staffing CRM systems.
- Experience recruiting in specialized industries (e.g., finance, legal, technology, marketing) is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are advantageous but not required.
