As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will engage in key business partnerships with field sales leadership to develop incentive compensation plans and territory structures that drive growth and support Stryker's strategic sales objectives. Responsible for the calculation and accurate payment of incentive compensation in a multi-divisional complex field sales organization.

$58,700- $106,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
