Role Summary

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, securing and managing client relationships, and driving the achievement of sales goals. Sales Specialist responsibilities include understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products or services, providing comprehensive product information, and ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities are conducted promptly and efficiently. Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player who has a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and excellent interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
  • Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
