The Building Intelligence Sales Support Specialist assists Sales Engineers and Controls Service Account Managers and communicates with internal/external sales personnel, operations team, estimators, customers, and suppliers to support the sales process. This position will work to coordinate sales activities and help the Sales Team function more efficiently and effectively by conducting proposals and estimates for service, managing quotas/agreements, and working with Energy/Analytics to support them and customers with our Impact-Driven Service.
Pay Range: $19.50 - $25.00 per hr. plus potential profit share.

Qualifications: 2-year business school or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft applications. Complete thorough and detailed work with accuracy and consistency. Ability to make decisions, dispose of problems, and complete thoroughly detailed work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience working with commercial construction administration.
Physical Requirements: This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
Environment: Office environment.
