Job Summary: The Sr Regional Sales Rep helps create and execute sales plans to support regional accounts utilizing an enterprise mindset to optimize profitability for the company and retail partners.
Responsibilities: 35% Implements strategies to maintain and own account relationships within assigned territory. Seeks to identify and execute sales opportunities with an enterprise mindset.
20% Constructs, communicates, and executes sales plans and forecasts externally and internally.
15% Collaborates with cross-functional partners to support a best-in-class business.
15% Gathers marketplace intelligence and consumer insights to execute brand strategy.
10% Delivers compelling seasonal product presentations utilizing elevated and persuasive storytelling and directive selling techniques.
5% Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements: • Bachelor's degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience. • Typically requires 5-8 years of professional experience and strong competency with the various tools, systems, or procedures required to accomplish the job. • 5-8 years of experience in sales of Apparel, Footwear, Equipment, and/or equivalent industry merchant experience • Proven success meeting deadlines and sales/revenue goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with elements of ambiguity. • Experience working within integrated cross-functional teams with the ability to establish effective working relationships internally and externally. • Advanced knowledge of retail analytics. • Advanced interpersonal skills, including relationship building, as well as strong persuasive speaking and proven negotiation abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Applications. • Time management skills to handle sample lines, territory travel, tear down and set ups, while maintaining order book and shipments.
