The Employee Benefits Sr. Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key business clients. This role is critical in the development and deployment of our clients Employee Benefits Health and Welfare strategy. Needs to have a firm understanding of medical loss ratios, and key metrics that drive plan performance. Manages, coordinates and negotiates renewal pricing, review program outcomes and make recommendations for optimal performance. Provides direction and guidance to account support staff ensuring deliverables and outcomes are in alignment with the defined client strategy. Must be self-sufficient, detail oriented, success-driven, exceptional team collaborators with outstanding communication skills. This position is pivotal in maintaining and growing relationships within multiple levels of the organization and supporting Optimal Customer Relationships (OCR). The ability to manage independently a large client book of business consisting of complex self-funded, level-funded and fully insured customers in collaboration with consultants and other team members is imperative to this role's success. Travel with an occasional overnight stay will be required.
