Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and market share expansion. Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and responsible gaming initiatives. Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators, monitor and report on financial performance. Lead, mentor, and develop property general managers and department heads to achieve operational objectives. Foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies, key partners, and host communities. Oversee the introduction of new products, services, and technology enhancements to improve customer experience. Collaborate with Marketing and loyalty teams to develop promotions and campaigns tailored to regional markets. Drive a culture of excellence in guest services, safety, and security. Oversee a team of 6-7 Sales Executives.
