Staff Solution Consultant (IC2)

Oracle Health is seeking an accomplished Staff Solution Consultant (IC2) to join our revenue cycle presales team. In this senior, client-facing role, you will provide advanced strategic guidance and expert knowledge in leveraging our revenue cycle technologies to address complex client business needs. You will lead sophisticated, tailored product presentations, demonstrations, and benchmarks that showcase how Oracle Health solutions drive financial performance, streamline revenue operations, and deliver measurable value for healthcare organizations. You will play a critical role throughout the sales lifecycle, leading the development of high-impact RFP responses and aligning Oracle's innovative capabilities with client goals. Success in this position requires superior communication skills, deep revenue cycle expertise, and a proven commitment to healthcare transformation.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Solution Consultant (IC2), you will provide advanced pre-sales technical and functional leadership to prospective Oracle Health clients, ensuring exemplary customer engagement throughout the sales process. You will design, develop, and deliver strategic presentations and demonstrations, articulating the advantages and differentiated value of Oracle Health's revenue cycle solutions at executive and operational levels. Responsibilities include architecting and validating complex, customized workflows, championing advanced product functionality, and advising on future innovation and integration with third-party solutions. You will take a leadership role in directing RFP responses, mentoring junior team members, and partnering with internal stakeholders to address the most challenging financial and operational problems facing healthcare organizations. Your influence will help shape client strategy and drive business success with Oracle Health solutions.

Qualifications

Ideally a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years Healthcare Solution Consulting experience preferred.

Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Certification through HFMA preferred.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from $37.79 to $60.63 per hour; from: $78,600 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
