The Inside Partner Sales Manager (IPSM) is responsible for engaging, educating, and enabling the assigned Indirect Channel Partners and Technology Service Distributors to sell Comcast Business Services. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for marketing and selling the Comcast Business Advanced Solutions Portfolio through the indirect distribution channel. Remotely manages ongoing relationships with agent partners. Drives revenue and ensures the indirect channel partners are positioning Comcast Business solutions to end-user customers. This is an individual contributor role that does not have direct responsibility for supervision or performance. This is a virtual role supporting partners in the mountain and western regions of the US with up to 25% travel annually.

Primary Location Pay Range: $76,607.14 - $88,392.86This job can be performed in California, and Washington with a Pay Range of $66,160.71 - $88,392.86Targeted Commission: $45,000.00Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
