The Senior Manager, Sales Operations plays a critical role in driving strategic alignment and operational excellence across Comcast's commercial organization. This Denver-based, in-office position leads a focused two-person team and partners directly with executive leadership to support forecasting, revenue recognition, and strategic planning.
The Sales Operations team is the critical hub of Comcast's commercial organization, driving alignment and performance across Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology. We operate in a highly collaborative, process-driven environment where precision, partnership, and execution are essential to success. This role is central to that mission—empowering the Sr. Manager to influence strategy, implement scalable solutions, and collaborate closely with senior leaders across the business. Primary Location Pay Range: $123,760.77 - $185,641.16
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
