What is a Coffee Sales Representative?

As a Coffee Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines of this movement-educating, engaging, and converting first-time customers into Cometeer believers.

At our SoNo Collection Kiosks, you'll:

• Demo the product-Show how easy and fast it is to prepare
• Let them taste it-Offer free samples of our flash-frozen, peak-flavor coffee
• Drive growth-Sign customers up for flexible, convenient subscriptions

Shifts Available At The SoNo Collection: Part-Time with potential for Full-Time based on performance Weekend and holiday availability preferred

What You'll Earn:

• $20/hour base pay
• $20 commission per new subscription
• Performance bonuses for top sellers

What We're Looking For

• Coffee Lovers-If you geek out over flavor notes, brewing methods, or espresso ratios-you'll fit right in
• Sales & Engagement Pros-Experience in direct sales, customer service, marketing, or barista work is a big plus
• Natural Connectors-You know how to turn a quick chat into a real conversation
• Energetic & Adaptable-You're great with people and comfortable in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
• Reliable & Driven-You're excited to grow with a brand that's going places

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
