Rental Sales Trainee

Learn and understand the full product line of forming and shoring equipment (e.g., Steel-Ply, MEVA Lite, Hi-Load shoring, post shores).

Assist sales representatives with downloading drawings, setting up new jobs, preparing rental quotes, keeping up with bid calendar and new job log, takeoffs, and jobsite submittals.

Shadow experienced reps to observe sales presentations, job walks, and account management practices.

Visit customer job sites to support field reps, contact customers as needed for clarification on order or drawings, perform inventory counts, and develop relationships with superintendents and project managers.

Participate in sales meetings, CRM training, and internal workshops to build product and market knowledge.

Communicate with contractors, project managers, and procurement teams to follow up on bids and leads.

Contribute to lead generation and market research initiatives in the designated territory.

Support the rental desk and yard operations to gain exposure to equipment flow, logistics, and customer service.

Work closely with Rental shipping team / Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.

Must be able to read and understand construction plans – Structural drawings.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong work ethic and "can do" attitude.

Bilingual Spanish required.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Or Industry experience equivalence.
