We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become an integral part of our sales team! As an SDR, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our team to respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Following up on these requests and managing your portfolio.
- Establishing quotes, invoices.
- Assisting clients in setting up their SMS project.
- Retaining clients.
- Prospecting new clients.
- Conducting telephone and video interviews with leads/potential clients.
- Ensuring the reporting of your activity.
- Helping to develop our interfaces through client feedback and your ideas!
