About the role: SMSFactor and Esendex are brands of the Commify Group and offer mobile communication solutions (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Email) for professionals through their SaaS platforms and software integrations.

We're on the lookout for a super talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become an integral part of our sales team. As an SDR, you will play a key role in developing new business by identifying and qualifying potential customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working on ICPs
  • Sourcing: You will conduct in-depth research to identify potential prospects through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Calling/appointment setting: You will be responsible for contacting prospects via email, telephone and social media to generate interest and assess their needs. Setting up appointments and product demonstrations.
  • Collaboration: Between sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts and increase conversion rates.
  • Market Trends: Staying informed about industry trends and competitors in order to effectively position our products and solutions.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in sales or business development, particularly prospecting, ideally in the software or tech sector.
  • The ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in both English and French are essential.
