We are seeking a passionate and polished Event Sales Manager to lead the event program at La Mercerie, the celebrated restaurant by Roman and Williams Guild, located in the heart of SoHo. La Mercerie is more than a restaurant—it is a Parisian-inspired destination where cuisine, design, retail, and hospitality intertwine. Guests dine among the Roman and Williams Guild's handcrafted furnishings, tableware, and lighting—each element a reflection of artistry, culture, and timeless hospitality.
The Event Sales Manager will drive and manage all event sales and execution for private dining, semi-private gatherings, hosted experiences, and full restaurant buyouts. With a focus on both client cultivation and flawless delivery, this role requires a sales-oriented professional who combines creativity, operational strength, and a passion for hospitality. You will also collaborate with the broader Roman and Williams Guild team to connect La Mercerie's dining experiences to the Guild's retail, floral, and design offerings, extending the spirit of the brand through each event.
