Bring events to life with your sales savvy and hospitality flair! As Senior Catering Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in crafting unforgettable guest experiences, foster relationships with key clients, and secure high-profile events that elevate our venue. You will drive revenue, partner closely with culinary and operations teams, and ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in catering sales or event management
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• ServSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement and manage key accounts
• Develop customized catering proposals and contracts
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to align event execution
• Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and other sales tracking systems
