Senior Catering Manager

Bring events to life with precision and flair. The Senior Catering Manager will oversee catering operations and execution, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency. This role will lead planning, coordination, and delivery of catering services while collaborating across teams to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of catering or event management experience
• Experience with catering sales systems and event planning software
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee catering operations from planning through execution
• Manage client relationships and event logistics
• Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure service standards
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Analyze event outcomes and implement improvements
