Job Summary
The Vice President, Sales & Retention Analytics BI will build the roadmap and vision to turn sales data into decisions—delivering the insights that change behavior, the guardrails that keep them trustworthy, and the AI that automates routine work to drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
- Drive data ecosystem to enable sales and retention (i.e. automation of tasks, application integrations, data retrieval and reporting).
- Lead inclusion of AI innovation through existing tools and machine learning capabilities to drive efficiency within data team as well as platform.
- Lead sales and retention insights. For example, sector-wide distribution insights across VIPI + Win/Loss, Track/Report on KPI's, etc.
- Manage relationships with external and internal data partners and continually assess the viability of new data sources to enable strategy and business development.
- Lead team to develop and create customized reports and dashboards; ad hoc strategic requests for senior management as needed.
- Manage a team of data analysts and data scientists focused on Sales & Retention Insights.
Qualifications
The qualifications include:
- Self-starter with a positive "can do" attitude.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to set goals, objectives, and timelines to efficiently meet tasks.
- Ability to effectively manage and extend influence across multiple layers of the organization (sales and operations).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
