Your contribution:

• You will be the first point of contact (m/w/d) for doctors, pharmacies, and patients regarding questions about our products.
• You will demonstrate the value of our digital products to our customers and the advantages that come with their use.
• With enthusiasm, you will win customers for our innovative software modules over the phone.
• Our existing customers can also look forward to personalized telephone consultations from you.
• In customer communication, you will place special emphasis on friendly, open, and personal service.

What you bring with you:

• You have a completed commercial, medical, or pharmaceutical education and ideally have gained initial professional experience in sales or consulting.
• You are passionate about topics related to digitalization in the healthcare sector and want to actively contribute to the satisfaction of our customers.
• Your ability to connect with customers, a friendly, communicative nature, and a high willingness to learn characterize you.
• Very good German language skills in speech and writing complete your profile.
