Regional Sales Manager

Nos Regional Sales Managers evolve within our Ambulatory Information Systems AIS sales team, a leader in the market for online solutions for managing doctors' offices. Our mission is to provide efficient online services for managing patients' administrative and medical records. You will be an essential link in our direct and indirect sales organization for our AIS solutions.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will organize and lead your direct and indirect sales team to develop our sales and retain our clients and partners in your region. The field of e-health will open its doors to you and you will discover an environment full of great opportunities.

Your missions:

  • You develop and retain a portfolio of clients in the private medical sector (Doctors' Offices, Health Centers, Medical Centers, Multi-disciplinary Medical Offices, etc.)
  • You energize, coach, and motivate your team of field salespeople.
  • You organize and animate your direct and indirect sales networks in your region.
  • You identify with your team the specific needs of your clients and propose innovative and adapted software solutions.
  • You accompany your team to negotiate and conclude complex sales contracts on the ground.
  • You provide quality commercial follow-up and maintain an exemplary customer relationship.
  • You are responsible for achieving the commercial objectives of your region and are responsible for reporting on your commercial actions and those of your team.

Profile sought:

  • With a higher education degree, you have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a sales team.
  • You have experience in selling software solutions, ideally in the health IT sector.
  • You are a hunter by temperament, but you also know how to retain your clients and partners.
  • You have the leadership necessary to lead and involve your collaborators and reseller partners in your region.
  • You are able to detect new markets and partnerships.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a great capacity for persuasion.
  • You are able to follow the commercial direction of the company and to energize your teams.
  • You are rigorous, organized, and autonomous.
  • You are mobile in your region and sometimes in France.
  • In-depth knowledge of the French healthcare system and the challenges related to its digitalization is a plus.

Interview process:

After an initial exchange with our recruitment team, you will meet with the Senior Sales Manager to discuss your motivations in depth, followed by our HRBP and our Area Vice President.
