In this position, as French Ad-Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries - by phone, email, or chat - supporting businesses in achieving success through social media advertising solutions. This role combines handling inbound warm leads with proactive outreach, requiring quick situational awareness and a results-driven approach to sales.

As an Ad-Sales Specialist in our team, you will:

• Engage with existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email.
• Manage a mix of inbound warm leads and outbound outreach, ensuring timely follow-up (e.g., calling assigned leads within minutes of receipt).
• Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with the most effective and tailored advertising solutions.
• Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Carry out digital campaigns on behalf of clients and monitor campaign performance and success metrics.
• Identify campaign trends and act proactively to address challenges and enhance performance.
• Direct clients to appropriate specialists or support teams when additional expertise is required.
• Continuously enhance the customer experience by promoting optimal and effective use of advertising products.

• Are fluent in French (minimum C1) and have a very good command of English (minimum B2).
• Have at least 1 year of experience in sales, with strong commercial awareness, energy, and confidence in achieving targets in a dynamic environment.
• Are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, transactional sales setting while maintaining a customer-focused and consultative approach.
• Have strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Communicate effectively and build rapport easily, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Hold a valid full-time working visa (no student visas accepted).

Ideally, you already have:

• Experience in social media and/or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms or performance marketing concepts.
