What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting existing customers during contract renewals
• Understanding customer needs through conversation and active listening
• Recommending suitable products and services to enhance the customer experience
• Handling inbound and outbound calls using leads generated by service teams
• Working as part of a supportive, collaborative team

Sales or target-based experience is welcome, but not essential — full training is provided.

Pay & Rewards

• Salary: £26,520 per annum
• Bonus: Uncapped performance bonus (average £500–£1,000 per month)
• Location: Maysfield Office, Belfast BT1 3NR (Centrally located near Lanyon Place Station)
