Polish Speaking Ad-Sales Specialist

In this position, as Polish Ad-Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries - by phone, email, or chat - supporting businesses in achieving success through social media advertising solutions. This role combines handling inbound warm leads with proactive outreach, requiring quick situational awareness and a results-driven approach to sales.

As an Ad-Sales Specialist in our team, you will:

Engage with existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email.

Manage a mix of inbound warm leads and outbound outreach, ensuring timely follow-up (e.g., calling assigned leads within minutes of receipt).

Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with the most effective and tailored advertising solutions.

Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers to drive measurable business outcomes.

Carry out digital campaigns on behalf of clients and monitor campaign performance and success metrics.

Identify campaign trends and act proactively to address challenges and enhance performance.

Direct clients to appropriate specialists or support teams when additional expertise is required.

Continuously enhance the customer experience by promoting optimal and effective use of advertising products.

Are fluent in Polish (minimum C1) and have a very good command of English (minimum B2).

Have at least 1 year of experience in sales, with strong commercial awareness, energy, and confidence in achieving targets in a dynamic environment.

Are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, transactional sales setting while maintaining a customer-focused and consultative approach.

Have strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Communicate effectively and build rapport easily, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Hold a valid full-time working visa (no student visas accepted).

Ideally, you already have:

Experience in social media and/or digital marketing.

Familiarity with online advertising platforms or performance marketing concepts.
