The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and supervision of a team of call center associates, including monitoring attendance and performance in line with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Coach team members effectively to achieve performance metrics, conducting performance reviews at least weekly.
• Identify performance issues, develop improvement plans, and implement corrective actions, up to termination if necessary.
• Ensure that service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial goals.
• Clearly communicate expectations to team members and provide timely updates.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for escalated customer calls when needed.
• Conduct regular team meetings to disseminate information and gather feedback, as well as organize team activities.
• Stay updated on internal processes, policies, and procedures, and participate in required development training.
• Uphold Concentrix values through behavior and attitude, acting as an advocate for team members.

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 3 years managing a Sales team, or equivalent team leader role
• At least 5 years experience in Sales
• Background in ad sales and sales management is preferred
• Preferably holds an Associate's degree in a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Highly motivated with the ability to coach and develop teams to meet performance targets.
• Able to work under pressure and ensure task completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English B2-C1 and French C2.
• Proven ability to lead teams in multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
• Capable of mentoring and providing direction to team members.
• Flexible with scheduling to meet business needs.
• Willingness to work on site from our office in Athens
