The associate, sales trainer is responsible for facilitating and delivering targeted training to enhance client-specific knowledge and skills, focusing on sales processes and systems. This position collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to develop and implement responsive programs that support business needs, promote efficiency, and increase productivity. He/she/they work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance job-specific knowledge and skills
2. Provide employees with skills-based, client-specific coaching and training to support achievement of operating plan targets and high customer satisfaction
3. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training programs that enhance client-specific sales knowledge and skills
4. Analyze data and performance trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for specific territories
5. Oversee and measure the delivery and quality of provided training to ensure effectiveness
6. Track the effectiveness of training interventions through various assessment tools to identify areas for improvement
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems for a superior customer experience
8. Maintain high levels of communication with internal stakeholders to foster and develop strategic client relationships

Candidate profile:

• Proven coaching/training experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to train a team of sales representatives and develop areas for improvement.
• Experience meeting and exceeding goals and helping team members to do the same.
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
• Experience working in a customer service, sales, or similar environment is preferred.
• Skill in monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Good organizational and time management skills and ability to work towards meeting targets and deadlines.
• Willingness to work on site from our office in Athens
• Fluency in English C1
• Italian, Spanish, German, French fluency will be considered an advantage
