Are you a true new business hunter with a passion for solving complex challenges in the asset management space? At Confluence, we're looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our high-performing team and drive growth across our suite of investment lifecycle solutions.
You'll be selling into asset managers, fund administrators, investment consultants, wealth managers, and asset owners, backed by a collaborative team and a product set that's well-established, price competitive, and best-in-class. This role is covering the UK, Ireland, and Nordics markets, with some travel expected.
• 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling Analytics software or data solutions to financial institutions
• Proven success in new logo acquisition and complex, high-value sales cycles
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience selling into risk, performance, and operations teams within asset management
• Comfortable with medium to long sales cycles (6–18 months) and mid-large deal sizes
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Microsoft Teams, and core Office tools
• Familiarity with Miller Heiman or similar sales methodologies
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
