Provide quality and timely diagnosis and estimates for tree, plant health care, and lawn care for residential and commercial clients in the Fairfield County area. Compensation $65,000 - $150,000 per year total rewards, based upon experience. Responsibilities include visiting clients and prospects to diagnose and monitor landscapes, negotiating contract and bid proposals for residential and commercial customers, developing and implementing tree care, lawn care, and plant health care programs, setting up crews, supervising work being performed, and completing jobs to client satisfaction, continually prospecting for new business, maintaining a safe and controlled workplace and environment, enforcing company safety and training policies, and attending community and industry events to help promote our business. Skills/abilities include the proven ability to establish, maintain and grow a sales territory, hands-on knowledge of tree, plant, and lawn care, the ability to correctly and effectively diagnose and price various tree care treatments, the ability to prepare and present proposals, major account management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills/listening skills. Education/training includes a two or four year degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Environment Sciences, Biological Sciences, or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and CT Arborist License mandatory. We offer a competitive compensation package, $65,000 - $90,000 draw against commission, medical and dental plans with employer contribution, 401K retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more!
