WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. Responsibilities include focusing on the quality and quantity of sales results, driving new business improvements, and retention and growth of the existing customer base. The role also involves maximizing profitable revenue growth across the area, driving the area sales strategy, meeting or exceeding sales and cost management targets, committing to processes relative to coaching/developing talent, managing activity, and continuous improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction through direct communication and solicitation of feedback. The Regional Sales Manager will lead, train, monitor, and motivate the sales team, draw insight and action from sales and revenue reporting, accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams, maintain awareness of competition and industry trends, work with other districts, area, and corporate management to maximize the value of collaboration, and continually develop talent through hands-on recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching. Supervisory responsibilities include maintaining a positive work environment and acting in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, and management.
Education and experience required include an MBA preferred; a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar area of study, and 5+ years of relevant work experience (Sales leadership, preferably in a Service/Operationally focused industry).
