This position will be a critical part of supporting the growth and success of the Constellation Beer Division as part of the Sales Enablement Team (SET) by providing strategic planning guidance through the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and support to key stakeholders. This individual will possess a blend of analytical skills, collaborative experience, and leadership to synthesize data and drive actionable plans that enable the Beer Division to establish strong growth targets and KPIs. This role will be instrumental in providing valuable planning tools and data integration that can facilitate data-driven sales plans. This individual will work with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Data Teams to develop and expand our sales planning platform and reporting tools. This person will also provide direct support to the Manager, Sales Integration and the broader SET leadership team to help enhance Distributor Annual Business Plans, KPI execution, and new item forecasting to drive profitable volume and share growth while achieving annual targets across the commercial organization.
This individual will report directly to the Manager, Commercial Sales Integration within the Sales Enablement team.

The salary range for this role is: $94,400.00 - $144,600.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
