✨ About The Role
- Lead and manage Copper's Account Executive, Account Management, and Activation teams
- Identify, develop, and execute new revenue opportunities while coaching and mentoring the team
- Proactively engage with the team on deal cycles to define and manage best practices
- Identify opportunities for process and performance improvements to help close larger deals and move upmarket
- Work closely with GTM and company leadership to grow Copper's revenue

- 6+ years of SaaS Sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets
- 4+ years of Sales Management experience focused on guiding team direction, developing sales talent, and improving execution
- Experience with SMB and Mid-Market software selling/buying motions
- High-energy individual willing to roll up their sleeves and make things happen
- Strong executive presence and business acumen
