Our suite of services encompasses advanced PCR testing, culture and sensitivity analysis, comprehensive urinalysis, detailed hematology, and precise chemistry assessments. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with professional customer service and ascertain the reason for calling.
• Resolve customer requests and complaints via phone, e-mail, or fax.
• Customer portal support - create portal access, corrections, etc.
• Help assist in verifying account information.
• Place follow-up calls to assist accessioning personal with the retrieval of missing patient information for laboratory information system.
• Upload data into billing database and laboratory information system.
• Develop and maintain corporate accounts locally/nationally via various means of contact (email, Zoom/Teams calls, LinkedIn messaging, direct In-person calls, website contact, phone) as well as referrals from existing accounts, LinkedIn contacts, professional and personal relationships.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years office support experience
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Associate degree preferred
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
