This role will work within Corebridge's Financial Distributors team and will report to the VP Sales Enablement & Platforms. The Sales Platform Specialist will help drive effective user adoption and optimization of applications such as Salesforce Mobile across teams to maximize their digital experience. This role will be instrumental in facilitating increased user adoption of existing and future Salesforce's mobile features within Financial Distributors, ensuring our teams are effectively leveraging the platform to enhance productivity. The Specialist will have a deep understanding of applications like Salesforce Mobile and skilled in developing strategy to drive digital adoption and user engagement. This role is hybrid and will be required to work out of either our Woodland Hills, CA or Houston, TX locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure digital applications such as Salesforce mobile features meet the needs.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze performance and outcomes of target initiatives. Identify areas of improvement or innovation.
  • Problem solve, trouble shoot and respond to ad hoc issues and concerns from sales team.
  • Drive efficiency and modernization of the sales organization by driving the adoption of sales tools and technology initiatives.
  • Strategize, implement, and execute digital applications across Financial Distributors.
  • Establish and develop best practices for digital tools across the business unit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure digital strategies deliver value.
  • Plan, allocate and track resources needed for projects.
  • Facilitate training, learning and knowledge sharing opportunities with stakeholders and team members.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends to ensure Salesforce mobile and other digital tools remain impactful.
  • Ensure digital enhancements are aligned with business needs to optimize end user efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally, including with IT and marketing, to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • 5 plus years of experience working with financial services sales teams to deploy and adopt technology solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Proactive and a self-starter, ability to think critically with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft 360 product suite, Tableau and Salesforce is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework or equivalent experience.

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.

Work Location:

This position is based in Corebridge Financial's [Woodland hills, CA ; Houston, Texas] office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
