Copay is looking for a Sales-focused Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our high-performing Human Resources team in Brentwood, TN.
In this role, you'll take the lead in sourcing top sales talent across the organization—especially in high-impact, quota-carrying roles like Inside Sales, Account Executives, Sales Development Reps, and Strategic Sales Executives.
You'll partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver sourcing recruiting support across multiple lines of business.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer manages the initial recruitment process including: preparing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and coordinating the interview process.
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is expected to assist with meeting aggressive hiring goals, maintain a robust pipeline of interested and qualified applicants and contribute to various talent acquisition projects as assigned.
In the Talent Sourcer role, you are expected to evaluate and screen potential candidates to fill vacant positions.
A key element of this position is the ability to attract highly-competitive and best-fit candidates for the job.
Success in this role will be determined by providing an increased number of qualified candidates and retention rates.
