Mortgage Sales Manager Of Northern Region

CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a motivated Mortgage Sales Manager to lead our mortgage sales team in achieving sales, service, and compliance goals. This role supports the professional development of Mortgage Loan Originators through performance management and coaching, while fostering strong partnerships to enhance business line synergy. Job Duties:

• Engages direct reports in setting impactful and meaningful objectives that align with the mission and service culture, ensuring they understand their roles and priorities.
• Supports operational excellence through continuous improvement, and ensures clarity in how objectives and tasks are prioritized within the team and business unit.
• Consistently monitors and assesses direct reports' performance, communicates expectations, provides constructive feedback, addresses challenges promptly, and ensures fair and improvement-focused discussion.
• Achieves NPS organizational goal.
• Delivers financial solutions and service to internal and external members which consistently exceeds expectations.
• Maintains a network of real estate professionals and builders as well as other valuable referral sources and regularly participates in business related development opportunities, community efforts to promote homeownership, and professional organization.
• Proactively collaborates with strategic partners and ensures support of credit union-wide promotions and other sales initiative.

Qualifications:

• Registered under the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) or be in good standing to be approved by NMLS in accordance with the SAFE Act for registration.
• Minimum five years mortgage lending experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• The ability to analyze detailed financial and credit data, matching member needs with an appropriate loan program and level of risk.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs.
• Must be bondable.
