Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Co-work with marketing team to make short-mid term strategies and drive implementation in security segment in GC, drive growth by leveraging internal resources.
  • Own account management with assigned customers, deliver short-mid term sales & margin result.
  • Organize seminars, and other customer events to promote SF solutions, build partnerships with key players across value chain.
  • Identify project opportunities to develop growth pipeline in security segment with value chain, through early engagement, promotion of newly developed product/technologies.
  • Ensure flow of information into Sales level on:
    • Technical market developments and trends
    • Product developments and trends
    • Activities of competitors
    • Foreseeable business risks
  • Communicate market requirements to next level
  • Sales & Customer care
    • Decides about the level of technical support provided by Application & Technology
    • Build and cultivate customer relation with key person and involve in key account management
    • Deal with complaints as interface between OM, plant and Customer
    • Provide input in operational planning i.e sales revenue and volume targets per customer and product under annual planning
    • Responsibility for monitoring outstanding receivables and credit limits

    • Support the achievement of the commercial strategy of SF including of facilitating new business in the country
    • Generate and support a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Qualifications:
    • Master degree associated with the chemical industry Experience, fluent in written and spoken English
    • 5+ sales/marketing experience in ID/Security industry
    • Passionate about sales, strong business and market acumen.
    • Skilled in negotiations to max. SF profitability and pursue win-win deals.
    • Rich Experiences and knowledge in the technical application of ID/Passport/Driving license related security documents
    • Strong communication skills, able to interface at all levels, generate reports and deliver persuasive pitches to both internal and external stakeholders.
